Service Description

What's the tea? You'll send us photos of the space we will be working on, your inspo for your room and schedule your in-person consultation. During your consultation, any additional photos and videos needed will be taken, along with measurements. we'll send you a moodboard, a new floor plan with furniture placement suggestions, color combo ideas, and a shopping list. The delivery date after purchase is 60 days after submitting your questionnaire answers and having your in-person consultation. Please submit your details within 5 (FIVE) days from purchase. If you don't submit your details when requested, we can no longer guarantee this timeline. Please note, your in-person consultation can only be scheduled after you’ve submitted your info. We will allow (1) ONE edit only. A ton of time and care has gone into each styling project, and due to high demand, we aren't able to consult further (via email or a call) once you have received your custom package. We have a right to refund your purchase if your space is deemed out of scope of what the virtual makeover consultation can provide. This decision will be made once you fill out the form and we complete our in-person consultation.
